Glenys' Shortbread

Best. Shortbread. Ever. 

113g plain flour 
57g corn flour 
113g butter, softened
57g caster sugar

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
2. Sift together the plain flour and corn flour. 
3. Add in sugar and butter, then mix well. 
4. Roll into cylindrical shape, then cut into 12 equal parts. 
5. Place onto baking tray and bake for 25 minutes.
6. When ready, remove from oven and cut each cookie into half. Leave to cool. 

*To make smaller shortbread cookies- roll out dough and use a cookie cutter.
