For when you're craving dessert & you want it quick, this is a quickie and a goodie.

1 egg
4 tbsp plain flour
4 tbsp caster sugar*
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil*
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
*I typically use less sugar & oil
1. Mix the ingredients well.
2. Pour batter into a bowl or microwave-safe mug.
3. Microwave for 3 minutes & it's done!
